Well, it seems like I'm pulling an all nighter. Yet again.
But instead of guzzling down some coffee or grabbing a can of red bull, I opted to make this delicious smoothie instead. I know, the other two would have been faster to make so that I can get more stuff done, but I have found that coffee will just make me jittery, which is surprisingly distracting, and I placed the full unopened can of Red Bull in a fish tank full of water (it actually floated. Who knew? Apparently Red Bull does have wings).
And I am glad I made this instead. The mint tea really woke me up, and it was a refreshing break that made me feel like I was away somewhere nice and sunny, with a refreshing drink in my hand, as opposed to sitting at this desk for the whole day trying to work out how to make use of this inclusion homomorphism, and stuff of the like.
What you'll need:
-1 cup cranberries, frozen
-1 peach, cored, pealed and cubed
-1/3 cup mint tea, brewed and chilled
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.

Great looking smoothie there. Although opening a can of something is faster, taking a short break actually make you more productive, IMO. And when the result is this great recipe? It' win-win. ;-) Thanks for this.
