Pecan Rolo Pretzel Bites
Have you ever had those days where you are trying to be productive, but then your mind wanders off to some place where there is baked goods, and pure vanilla extract, and you cannot continue what you were doing before until you bake something to get this feeling out of your system?
No? Only me?
Well that's exactly how these little pretzel treats came to be. Or we can let my excuse be that I'm making them for the Oscars. Even though I have only watched the Oscars once in my life, and I doubt these babies will even be hear after the day is done.
Whatever the case, if you have 10 minutes of your day to spare, I highly recommend you try these out. Whether making it for the Oscars, for a loved one, or for breakfast, lunch and every snack in between (that didn't happen to me..honest) these are my new go-to treat.
Ingredients:
-20 mini pretzels
-20 rolo chocolates
-20 pecan halves
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300˚F.
2. Place pretzels on a cookie sheet. Top each pretzel with one rolo chocolate.
3. Bake for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the pecan half on the warm rolo and press down. Let cool to harden.

I used to get distracted by the kitchen when I was home more. It's harder to be distracted by baking when there's no oven in your office.
